Online Submission
To submit your Architectural Change Request to the Sendero Springs Architectural Change Committee, please go to the PS Property website at Architectural Request - Austin HOA and Condo Mangement Services and follow the instructions listed. Manual Method
If you would like to make a change to your home such as adding or removing trees, landscaping, painting, replacing or re-staining a fence, building a pool, deck or adding a shed just to name a few you must get approval from the Architectural Committee beforehand. Please complete the Architectural Review Committee Approval Request Form and submit it to PS Property Management for approval.
